☆When will my order ship?

For in stock items, I aim to ship within 1 - 3 business days after order confirmation. For preorder items, I aim to ship within 1 week of receiving all items.

 

If you want to know the status of your order, please use the contact form, and I will answer you as soon as possible.

 

☆What shipping service(s) do you use?

I ship via Japan Post only.

Due to Covid-19, they only shipping methods available to me are Small Packet and EMS. If you would like EMS shipping, please use the contact form for an estimate.

 

☆Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I offer shipping worldwide.

 

☆When will my order arrive?

All estimates are provided by Japan Post and can be checked when selecting your desired shipping method upon checkout.

 

☆Missing order Inquiries

Please wait at least four weeks after your order's ship date before inquiring about missing orders.

Shipping Policy

Due to the ongoing impact of COVID-19, shipping delays are expected regardless of shipping service. Please be patient with postal services during this time.

 

Please note that shipping estimates are provided by Japan Post and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on weather delays, customs, etc.

 

If you are worried about lost, damaged, or stolen goods, choose a shipping option with a tracking number and insurance. I am not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen goods, whether the loss or damage occurred before or after you received your order. 

 

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure their shipping address is correct. To avoid your package getting lost, please ensure that your address is 100% correct and written in alphanumeric characters only.

 

Please make arrangements to be present or provide a secure place for your delivery. The buyer will cover any return-to-sender fees and reshipping costs.

 

Import duties, customs, taxes, and charges are the buyer's responsibility. These are determined and charged by the Customs office of the destination country. Please check with them to determine these additional costs before making a purchase.

 

☆What shipping options do you offer?

I offer Small Packet and EMS via Japan Post. 

 

Small Packet (no tracking) 

This is generally the cheapest and sometimes fastest option; however, it does not include tracking or insurance. By choosing this option, you accept the risks of lost, damaged, or stolen goods, whether the loss or damage occurred before or after you received your order. You may not be eligible for a refund if you choose this service. 

 

EMS

I currently only offer EMS via the contact form. EMS includes tracking and insurance.

 

You have the option to choose services that have both tracking and insurance. Please wait at least four weeks after your order's ship date before inquiring about missing orders.

 

The item I want is sold out. Will it be restocked?

Most items can be restocked. If an item is sold out and you wish to preorder it, don't hesitate to contact me so I can post a preorder link.

 

☆How do preorders work?

Some items in the shop are marked as "Preorder" in the title. These are for products that have yet to be produced. They can be ordered in the same way as in-stock items; however, they include manufacturing time in addition to order processing and shipping time.

Details, including manufacturing time, will be posted on each preorder page. 

 

If a preorder is included in your purchase, all items will be held until the preorder item is shipped. If you prefer to receive your in-stock items ahead of time, please make a separate purchase.

 

Due to the ongoing impact of COVID-19, manufacturing times may also be delayed. 

 

☆Refunds, Returns, and Exchange Policy

I only offer refunds on orders that have not yet shipped or for preorders in which the preorder period hasn't yet finished.

 

I only accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

 

★Your order arrived with damage that was NOT incurred by the postal courier.

★You received the wrong item.

 

If either of these occurs, please contact me through the contact form.

 

I am not responsible for lost orders once shipped. If your order is returned to me, I can resend it, but the buyer is responsible for any additional shipping fees, customs, or charges.

 

To avoid your package getting lost, please ensure that your address is 100% correct and written in alphanumeric characters only.
